Beautiful Home in Paradise!

We had a fabulous time over 9 weeks at this property. We have already booked it again for next year. Dave was great explaining the booking process and guiding us through the contracts and HOA applications. Kailyn the property manager could not have been more helpful. If we had a question she responded immediately. If there was anything we needed, all we had to do was ask and it was there that day, or the following day at latest. Thank you Kailyn (and amazon) lol. The community is very family friendly, with a great clubhouse, pools, restaurant and activities for all. I hear there was a very nice gym, lol. The house itself is only a couple of years old and hasn't been rented more than a couple of times. It has been well maintained and taken care of. The location is very convenient to I75, close to the airport, shopping and restaurants. I don't want to rave to much, as we want to be able to have access to this property in the future.
